If you had told me five years ago where JKG Consulting would be today, I might have smiled, but I don’t think I could have fully grasped the depth of the transformation. Looking back, the journey from those first "what if" moments to where I stand now has been nothing short of a masterclass in resilience and purpose.

In the beginning, JKG Consulting was a seed of an idea born out of a desire to see professional women win. But as I grew, the mission matured. I realized that helping someone pivot their career or start a business isn’t just about the logistics it’s about the vision.

The vision moved from simply "consulting" to truly empowering.

What fills my cup the most is seeing that same spark ignite in the women I work with.

I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women who are navigating their own "second acts," showing them that their past experiences are the fuel for their future success.

Helping others achieve their professional goals has become my greatest reward.

Every workshop facilitated, every strategy session, and every book published reinforces one thing: Your current chapter is not your final one.
